We had a great stay nonetheless. We enjoyed the park pass and had a great day at the beach .
Positive: The location is perfect. The cottage looks nice on the outside.
However, a bit of cleaning would go a long way- there were cobwebs near the entrance. I would also have swept the outside sitting area.
Negative: The bathroom is really small. We are not big people and taking a shower was really tight.

A great place that has all the amenities needed, comfy beds and good pillows, as well as water access. It was nice to see families with their kids and pets around. It would be a great property for larger groups who want more privacy in their own individual spaces as well. Everyone has their own BBQ and firepit. The grounds were very well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again.

Close enough to Sandbanks. On water front if you have the right unit.
Oldish accommodations. No counter space in bathroom, small shower.
No kettle even though was on the list. No dish rack in kitchen. TV is in bedroom no in living room
