Great weekend stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, the location worked well for us, and the space was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend away. We had a good experience and would recommend it to others.

Great experience
We really enjoyed our stay. The property is clean with a nice water view and came with everything that we needed. The property owner response very rapidly and accommodates our requests. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sandbanks, particularly as a large group.

We had a great time at Picton, PEC at this property. It was a total of 5 adults and 2 kids and we all fit comfortably. The house was nice layout, with all the required amenities. I loved it place had two washrooms!
