Too good to be true Positive: The property and the host were just amazing. Everything was just as the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The Amenities are incredible. The host did regular followup. You really felt well looked after. Outside also is great and a side path to the lakefront as well. Lots of space for kids to run around and even many board games etc.

We loved our week long stay at the farmhouse and would visit again! The farmhouse interior was very comfortable, and had everything we needed, with very comfortable beds, wifi, central AC, a dishwasher two coffee makers, a well equipped kitchen and a luxury bath and shower. The country setting with the beautiful wheat field in the back was perfect and quiet, and really let us disconnect and rest. We enjoyed the firepit in the backyard and even though we didn't swim, the water access was there and was nice to explore. Bring bug spray and water shoes if you do swim. We wish we could have stayed longer, and hope to be back!

We had a really good stay at Joanie’s Farmhouse! The home itself is spacious, clean, and has many thoughtful touches that help you feel at ease if you forgot something. The option of two fire pits close to either the house or lakeshore was awesome. We and our pup enjoyed wandering down the lane way to lake. The water was super clear and we were able to go in from the dock without water shoes-though if walking in from shore you would want some. Jumping into the hot tub after a refreshing swim and looking out over the fields towards the lake was relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed heading to the wineries close by, the brewery in Bath, followed by some delicious southern BBQ.We would definitely rent again and stay longer so we have a chance to explore all Prince Edward County has to offer. We had a great stay - the house was very clean and well equipped, we enjoyed the hot tub and walk down to the water front.

Our family had a great time. The house and hot tub were excellent. Everything was clean plenty of amenities. The fire pit outback was great. We used it numerous times. There is lots of wood to burn. It’s a great spot for the dogs to roam, If you keep them out of the front yard as it’s very close to a busy highway. thanks again.
